Mr. Palicharla is a Senior Developer at Matrix Applications with over 18 years of experience in the design and development of enterprise Java applications. Prior to Matrix, he worked as a Senior Developer at Crux Informatics and Software Developer / Architect at DST Worldwide Services / Boston Financial. He is highly skilled in Java, enterprise & solution architecture, database design, agile methodologies, software development and requirements analysis.

Mr. Palicharla graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.

Mr. Schulson joined Matrix Applications and South Street Securities in July 2004. His responsibilities include implementation and enforcement of regulations, policies and procedures, administration of internal, client and regulator audits, vendor management, contract negotiation, customer relations, budget control, legal compliance, change control, IT management and more.

Mr. Schulson began his professional career when he founded WhoNeedsTV.com, an online video platform launched 7 years before YouTube. He later worked as a Video Game Designer in San Francisco before returning to his home in New York City to manage and execute IT for Heller Ehrman, a law firm which introduced him into the compliance role he holds today.

Mr. Outeiral joined Matrix Applications in May 2017. His responsibility includes supporting the fixed income trading system QTIX system daily operation. This includes support of real time links to banks, clearing agents and regulatory agencies. He also works with client services to ensure that clients are informed of any issues, possible impacts, and estimated time to resolution. In addition, Mr. Outeiral provides support to the technology team when correcting non software related issues. This includes supporting nighttime batch operator to resolve any issues reported and ensure batch cycles are finished in a timely manner and system is ready for morning open and supporting implementation team when installing new clients.

Along with system programming support, Mr. Outeiral's responsibility also includes system programming and design. This includes analyzing industry requirements for possible impacts to the system, analyzing user requirements and determine scope of work, and maintenance programming on existing systems. This can include bug fixes, client requested changes and industry wide changes. He also designs, codes and tests solutions to satisfy requirements during the analysis phase. This includes all database changes, report creation, support scripts and changes to batch processing.

Prior to coming to Matrix Applications, Mr. Outeiral had worked for ReadQ Systems where he started out as a Junior Programmer. He worked his way up to a Vice President of Software Architecture. Mr. Outeiral graduated from Brooklyn College with a degree in computer science. He has 30+ years of experience in fixed income trading systems programming.

Mr. Walsh joined Matrix Applications in 2017. He has over 15 years experience architecting, building, and maintaining complex business applications and technology solutions. His responsibilities include product design, product development, and product support across Matrix's array of products and solutions. He is also responsible for developing and promoting best practices in our software development process. He has helped lead the effort to architect and build out our DevOps platform. He has also led several client implementations on the software technology side.

Prior to joining Matrix Applications, Mr. Walsh worked at ReadQ Systems where he was a senior developer on their trade processing platform QTIX. He was a member of the team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the platform. Mr. Walsh started his career in technology at Bluemark where he helped build, support, and maintain web applications in the healthcare billing industry.

Mr. Walsh is a graduate of Pace University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science.

Mr. Neese serves as the Vice President of Securities Operations at Matrix Applications. His prior experience includes working at Citibank, NA Capital Markets for 20+ years as Vice President of Fixed Income Operations. Prior to this, he also worked in Operations at Kidder Peabody.

Mr. Neese is highly skilled in operations management, funding, process improvement and risk management, particularly in the areas of fixed income and securities.

As President and CEO of South Street Securities Holdings Inc., Mr. Tabacchi directly oversees all aspects of the business, including strategy, credit, market and liquidity risk, infrastructure, technology and clearing, compliance, finance, accounting and controls. In 2000, he raised the venture capital and founded South Street as an independent repo broker dealer and began building and expanding the franchise of products. Today, South Street remains one of the largest independent repo dealers and has added asset management of an Agency Mortgage REIT, an MBS TBA derivative dealer franchise, a fintech fixed income processing company, and an equity sec lending business. In 2018, He also invested in and continues to mentor a Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (DVOSB) and minority owned broker dealer called AmeriVet, which underwrites and distributes corporate debt and equity. He continues to look for opportunities to expand the South Street franchise in the mid-market dealer community.

Prior to founding South Street, Mr. Tabacchi joined Citicorp/Citibank in 1980. Over a period of 20 years he worked in various customer interface and business head positions within the Investment, Corporate, and Consumer Banking Divisions. In 1987 Mr. Tabacchi became the regional business manager for the Northeast Division of Citicorp Mortgage, Inc. In 1989, he was a Division Financial controller in Citicorp's North American Investment Bank. During 1990, Mr. Tabacchi was asked to manage the day-to-day operations of Citibank's Municipal Trust business. He revamped the product lines and packaged the business for sale, which was completed in 1992. He then joined the Finance Desk and was named Treasurer of Citicorp Securities in 1995, adding Co-Head responsibilities of the Primary Dealer Desk a short time later.

In addition to his Board responsibilities at South Street, ACM Trust REIT and AmeriVet, Mr. Tabacchi is Chairman of the Board of the Independent Dealer and Trader Association (IDTA) and is a member of BNYM’s GSS Industry Advisory Council. In 2021, Mr. Tabacchi was elected to the DTCC Board of Directors. Outside the office, he is Vice Chair of the Borough of Demarest Planning Board, a Trustee of the St. Joseph’s Catholic School Endowment Fund and a youth hockey coach for the Englewood Field Club’s ‘Learn to Play Hockey’ program.

Mr. Tabacchi graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1977 and the John G. Hagen School of Business with an MBA in 1981. Mr. Tabacchi is FINRA Series 7, 63, 27 and 24 registered.

Mr. Mellert oversees business development and acts as client advocate for Matrix Applications, promoting the firm’s fixed income collateral management and margining platforms along with the company’s Managed Services for the back office.

In 1999, Mr. Mellert co-founded Capital Markets Engineering & Trading LLC. And in 2000, he and the team launched Matrix Applications, a technology service bureau whose clients span from small broker / dealers to asset managers to global banks. He was responsible for the formation and infrastructure development of South Street Securities (SSS), which launched in 2004. 

In 1989, Mr. Mellert spent two years in Citibank’s Global Custody division, followed by three at The Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Funds Transfer and Electronic Securities divisions. He re-joined Citibank in 1993, in the Reserve Management division before moving to the Treasury Finance Desk where he traded US, Canadian and high yield repo.

Mr. Mellert is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.  

Mr. Singler joined ReadQ Technologies, now Matrix Applications, in March 2010. With a foundation built on real-world experience trading in the repo & securities lending market over 14 years, his responsibilities today include being a bridge between the users Of Matrix’s QTIX Trading & Settlement platform and the development team. In that role, he is the key point of contact for QTIX clients, providing daily hands-on support, training and system enhancement planning. On the development side, Mr. Singler oversees new client implementations and QA testing of every new QTIX release. Prior to Matrix, he served in similar roles at Thomson Financial & Helix Financial Systems.

Mr. Singler began his professional career on the Repo Desk at Kidder Peabody & Co., followed by several years on the trading side at Smith Barney, Yamaichi Int’l America, Nesbitt Burns & Cantor Fitzgerald, where at each stop he found himself involved with the technology teams as the business expert on new development initiatives to support the trading business. Mr. Singler graduated with a degree in Communications from Adelphi University.

Mr. Kirkland is Matrix’s Overnight Batch Operator. His responsibilities include running the End OF Day Batch processing for all Matrix clients across multiple trading and settlement processing platforms; monitoring several data feeds; and co-ordinating problem resolution with clients, programmers, IT Personnel, and various data suppliers.

Mr. Kirkland graduated from SUNY-Fredonia with a B.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior and is a member of Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Later, he found his way to the Muni Bond and Foreign Exchange Operations Departments of Fleet Bank.Mr. Kirkland later joined the Operations Department of ReadQ Systems where he ran EOD Batches; performed data backups and rotations; trained coworkers; and created and maintained data reports and documentation among other Operational duties.

Mr. Quaranta has been with Matrix since 2017. He provides front end and backend support for Citrix, TradeBlazer, and Qtix. In addition, Mr. Quaranta assists with cyber security, networking, and general desktop support. He graduated from New Jersey City University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Prior to Matrix, Mr. Quaranta interned at HSBC and worked at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Ejaz serves as the CIO and CSO for Matrix Applications. He has worked at the firm for 15+ years. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Management Information Systems and Finance. In addition, Mr. Ejaz holds a Master Degree in Management Information Systems.

Ms. Jensen joined CMET in May 2017. Her responsibilities include the financial management of Matrix Applications LLC, product control and advising on new business development. Prior to SSS, Ms. Jensen was an auditor at PwC. While at PwC, she was responsible for managing the audits of publicly traded and privately held companies and worked with clients to ensure clients were adhering to regulatory requirements.

Ms. Jensen began her professional career in accounting at Mazars and completed the exams and experience required for the CPA license. Ms. Jensen graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Cardone joined Matrix in May 2017. His responsibilities include designing and coding new features into the firm's QTIX trading platform. He has spent over 40 years working on Fixed Income trading and settlement platforms.

Prior to joining Matrix Mr. Cardone was President of ReadQ Technologies Inc. Matrix purchased all the assets of ReadQ Technologies Inc in May of 2017.

Mr. Fossella is a Software Developer with 25+ years’ experience planning, designing, developing and implementing software for desktop and web applications.

Mr. Miller spent over 30 years acquiring an extensive knowledge of the financial services landscape, leading teams to build, innovate and grow the business. He  now heads up Product Development for Matrix Applications.

Mr. Miller‘s background is in Enterprise Software – providing fintech SaaS for Banks, Broker Dealers and Investment Advisers – trading, risk, treasury and operations. Past roles have included leading sales teams, delivering product growth strategies and developing new products - from design to desktop.

Mr. Vitrano joined CMET following the acquisition of ReadQ in May 2017. With a background of implementing technological solutions for business in multiple, diverse industries, his career in financial technology began in 1996 when he joined ReadQ Systems. He built out its datacenter & communications infrastructure and disaster recovery facilities for trade processing systems and software development. He led the company’s efforts in maintaining continuous processing through the events of 9/11, the 2003 power blackout, and Superstorm Sandy in 2012. He managed the production operating environments supporting the business and was responsible for selecting strategic technologies for developing and deploying the firm’s products and services. In the early 2000’s Mr. Vitrano guided the development and maturation of the company’s software development lifecycle compliance program for meeting SOC reporting requirements.

His responsibilities for Matrix Applications include guiding software development technology decisions, working with multiple product development teams, managing software integrations and deployments implementing continuous delivery and integration, and continuing to oversee the SOC reporting program for its software development and services. Mr. Vitrano holds a B.A. from Fordham University.

Mr. Glaze is an experienced technology professional with over 20 years of experience designing, developing, and managing software development projects. He joined Matrix Applications in 2017 to help build the next generation of trading software. His responsibilities include the design and implementation of full stack front to back office systems, with a focus on the implementation of a microservices architecture that incorporates interfaces to external systems. Prior to joining Matrix, he was Vice President of Software Engineering at ReadQ Technologies, LLC. At ReadQ, he developed real-time interfaces into many clearing firms, FINRA TRACE, and DTCC EPN. Previously, Mr. Glaze worked for a CTA firm where he was involved in the design, development, backtesting and trading of custom strategies for the fixed income and currency markets.

Mr. Glaze began his career in financial software at Quant Trading, where he led the development of real-time trading systems and analytics. These systems were used by many sell side institutions for trade entry, analytics, and straight-through processing from the front to back-office. He continued his career at Thomson Financial, where he served as Vice President of Fixed Income Development. In this capacity, he led development of fixed income analytics for the Thomson One platform, and served as the Java representative to the Thomson Financial Enterprise Architecture Group, which established corporate-level policy for technologies used within the firm.

In addition to the financial services sector, Mr. Glaze has worked in the medical, telecommunications and defense industries where he spent time at the Pentagon developing logistical systems for the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Glaze holds B.S. degrees in both Computer Science and Finance from Oregon State University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.

Mr. Kelly joined Matrix Applications in June 2019. He leads the outsourcing team for Matrix and is responsible for supporting the client relationships from an operational perspective on daily basis. Before joining Matrix, he spent 15 years at BNY Mellon where he was part of a group that created an outsourcing team, which managed 5 clients who utilized the TradeBlazer platform. He also served as Director of the Capital Markets Division of the bank and was responsible for the operational aspects of the business. In this role, he also served on the Credit, Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory committees, and as a member, was tasked with ensuring committee directives and recommendations that effected operational processes were communicated and addressed. In addition to the roles above, Mr. Kelly has held senior-level positions at a couple of small broker-dealers where he was responsible for the Accounting, Compliance, and Operational components of the business.

He holds the following FINRA licenses: Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal, Series 24 General Security Principal, Series 7 General Securities Registered Representative, and Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent – State.

Ms. Judge started as a Management Associate for Matrix Applications in July 2020 following a 2-year Marketing & Sales Summer Internship with the firm. She later transitioned into a Business Development Specialist role, focused on supporting sales, marketing, client relations, onboarding, business strategy and project development.

Ms. Judge graduated Cum Laude from Elon University in May 2020 and as a triple major, holding degrees in Marketing and Finance B.S.B.A as well as Economics B.A. She is currently pursing a Master's in Marketing at The College of William & Mary with an expected graduation date of December 2022.

Monica joined the Matrix team in 2018. She's responsible for support of MarginCalculator a web-based margining system providing input, as appropriate, to Product Development team to ensure a superior offering in the face of changing client needs. She also works in product development testing and client implementation, and provides training and guidance to new clients.

She has 20 years working for Citigroup/Citibank in the Financial Services Industry, Trading Operations, Middle Office, Risk Reporting. She joined CMET in 2004 working as Trading support for South Street Securities with expertise in broker/dealer back office operations, settlement and clearance. She also oversees client support regarding margin, financing, swap resets and unwinds, front office reconciliation of portfolio system to back office books and records, as well as work closely with the account management group to ensure day to day issues relating to breaks, fails, cash movements and trade settlements.

Mr. Veeramallu has been an Investment Banking IT Executive with over 19 years of experience in building complex trading systems and high-performance teams across trading, operational and various support functions, primarily in Hedge Fund, Prime Brokerage and Securities Lending. He began his finance career by working for global banks namely UBS and Credit Suisse in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York. Soon after, he became the Vice President at Nomura Int’l Securities, managing the Domestic Securities Lending Technology team. He then moved up to head Prime Services Delivery and Production Services group at Bank of Nova Scotia, New York/Toronto.

In his most recent position, Mr. Veeramallu was managing the Global Production Services Group at S3 partners for about 5 years where he was handling production services, client onboarding, data collection & distribution (financing rates, real time short interest, disclosure, etc.) and predictive analytics in securities lending space.

Mr. Veeramallu completed his Executive MBA at Rutgers Business School and holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from India.

Mr. Webbe joined South Street Securities Holdings, Inc. (SSSHI) in June 2001 as the Head of Operations. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) responsible for the company’s Operations and Technology departments. Mr. Webbe manages the middle and back office operations for the broker/dealer South Street Securities (SSS) and for Matrix Applications' Managed Services (outsourced operations) clients. He also oversees the technology infrastructure, system support and software development.

Prior to joining SSSHI, Mr. Webbe worked at Citigroup from 1986 until 2001. As a Vice President at Citigroup, he was responsible for a range of middle and back office functions. His responsibilities included oversight of finance, funding, futures and emerging markets operations for both domestic and international settlement. He was integral to several highly sophisticated securitization projects and had extensive interaction with foreign exchange and derivatives operations.

Mr. Webbe is also FINRA Series 27, 7 and 63 registered.

Mr. Shleiwet joined Matrix Applications in the Fall of 2020. He provides frontend and backend support for Citrix, TradeBlazer, and all Windows related issues, cyber security, and networking. He also writes powershell scripts to help complete day to day tasks and issues at a timely manner.

Mr. Shleiwet graduated from New York City College of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Technology majoring in Computer Information Systems. Prior to working at Matrix, he has worked at ITG and has supported companies like Turtle Beach, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, and NYCDOE through third party contracting.

Mr. Krasner joined Matrix in 2018. His responsibilities include product development and testing, agile project management, and client implementation. Prior to Matrix, Mr. Krasner served as the Treasurer for KCG, a fintech market making firm. He has also held a number of trading and Treasury roles within the banking and broker-dealer sector.

Mr. Krasner graduated with an Accounting degree from Brooklyn College, and an MBA in Finance and Economics from New York University. He is NASD registered series 7, 24, 27 and 63, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Mr. Robbins started as an Operations & Securities Clearance Analyst for Matrix Applications in March of 2021. His previous professional experiences include financial underwriting and customer relationship management. He graduated Cum Laude from Elon University in May 2020 with a B.S.B.A. in Project Management and a minor in Economics. His primary role includes operational support and securities analysis.

Mr. Eberle received a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University in their Undergraduate Business Program in 2007. After graduating, he entered the financial services space where he achieved a strong operational pedigree at three primary dealers. From there, he took this experience and moved to the interdealer broker side of the business where he ran post trade product strategy and implementation.

After expressing a keen interest in electronic execution, he moved to the front office where he managed a U.S corporate bond, dealer to dealer trading platform covering both high yield and investment grade securities. Mr. Eberle has now joined the product development team where he is leveraging his extensive post trade and front-end knowledge to help with our continued goal of innovative software solutions.

Mr. Corbin has 30 years of IT experience in Large Retail operations, Consulting, Financial and Insurance industries. Prior to this, he worked at Fairfield County Bank. Over those 20 years, he provided datacenter management, support for virtualization, email, voice and video, as well as WAN and LAN management.

Mr. Mathew has over 15 years of IT experience which includes supporting Enterprise Database servers, development, and automation of processes across financial services. His background involves developing and establishing department standards and procedures. Mr. Mathew has spearheaded, designed and implemented the monitoring process in servers and devices in various automation platforms, along with architecting automation to create desired State configuration.

He is highly skilled in Database Administration, Server Clustering and Replication. Prior to joining Matrix Applications, Mr. Mathew worked as an Enterprise Application Administrator at Eze Castle Integration and Senior Software Engineer at Geojit BNP Paribas.

At Matrix Applications, Mr. Mathew has a variety of roles such as implementing various development, testing, automation tools and IT infrastructure. He is also responsible for defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation. Mr. Mathew builds automated processes by selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools. He is also heavily involved with data management and the ETL process for Matrix’s trading applications.

Mr. Bay joined Matrix Applications in October of 2021 as a Junior Engineer on the Development Team. His primary role is in software deployment. He is responsible for implementing continuous integration and delivery, along with UI/UX design. Mr. Bay graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in May of 2021 with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science.

Mr. Patel joined Matrix Applications in January 2022. His responsibilities include product development and product support across Matrix's array of products and solutions. He has over 18+ years of experience in applications development for multiple financial institutions. Prior to joining Matrix Applications, he worked as a Consultant at various firms like Citi Group, BNP Paribas, Bank of America and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Patel has worked on trading and regulatory applications for Fixed Income and Equities products. He was responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining various applications. He has extensive experience in database design, agile methodologies, software development and requirements analysis. Mr. Patel also worked as an Electronics Engineer for an Industrial Automation company developing PLC programs.

Mr. Patel graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Master’s degree in Software Engineering. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from M.S. University.
